General description

This Level 2 coach education program offers a rigorous and developmental journey for professionals committed to transformational coaching. It prepares coaches to meet the ICF PCC-level criteria, supporting clients not only in behavioral change but also in deeper identity and meaning-making transitions. The full certification includes 190 hours of training across two tracks, mentor coaching, and a performance evaluation.

Content and learning objectives

This advanced part of the Transformational Coaching program is designed for coaches, leaders, HR professionals, and organizational development practitioners who want to deepen their practice and expand their capacity to support real human transformation.

While Track 1 (Coaching Essentials) focused on establishing a strong foundation in coaching presence, structure, and relational skill, Part 2 turns toward the inner architecture of transformation, working with the processes of vertical development, identity evolution, and deep psychological change. Participants learn to coach individuals at critical developmental thresholds, help them question and reconstruct their meaning-making, and support the unfolding of more integrated, resilient, and self-authored ways of being.

This program is grounded in the eight ICF Core Competencies and fully aligned with the PCC markers, ensuring that every participant not only learns theory but applies it in ways that meet the high standards of professional coaching.

Each day is explicitly designed to focus on specific ICF competencies through experiential methods, real-time coaching, and reflective integration.

By the end of the program, participants will have practiced all eight core competencies at a PCC level, received structured feedback using PCC markers, and developed the capacity to hold long-term transformational processes with skill, confidence, and maturity.

Theoretical Foundations

This advanced coach education module is grounded in a curated selection of rigorous, research-informed theories that support coaching at the level of identity, meaning-making, and vertical development. These frameworks are integrated into the curriculum not as abstract knowledge, but as living models for use in real coaching conversations with individuals, leaders, and teams facing complexity and transformation.

Integration with Coaching Practice

Throughout the program, these frameworks are applied directly to coaching conversations using the ICF Core Competencies and assessed using PCC Markers. Participants engage in developmental reflection, case-based inquiry, and coaching practice to deepen their ability to:

  • Hold space for complexity, ambiguity, and identity evolution
  • Recognize and coach from developmental cues
  • Facilitate vertical shifts in perspective, meaning-making, and leadership maturity
  • Adapt coaching presence and questions to the client’s developmental capacity

This integration equips participants to coach individuals and leaders navigating transformational thresholds and to embody a more mature coaching presence themselves.
