Leda has held numerous leadership positions, ranging from local to global organizations. Her roles included serving as a Board Member of the North European Coaching Association and as President of the International Coach Federation Lithuania. 

Her journey in leadership also led her to the Global Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation, where she held both the Vice Chair and Chair positions during her tenure. 

She has actively contributed her expertise as a member of various supervisory boards in organizations worldwide. 

In 2015, Leda elevated her passion for coaching and training by founding her own company, L-CON Global.

Expert in Leadership and Executive Development 

Since 2007, Leda has empowered leaders, executives, executive teams, and boards, enabling them to enhance their leadership capabilities and drive sustainable positive impacts within and beyond their organizations. 

Her approach involves transformational executive and leadership training, individual coaching and team coaching programs that consistently yield tangible results. Leda has collaborated with organizations of all sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, helping them cultivate highly effective, collaborative, and engaging cultures through the adoption of coaching principles.

A passionate Coach Educator 

Starting in 2011, Leda ventured into creating and delivering internationally accredited professional coaching programs. Her impact extends to hundreds of leaders and managers whom she has trained to embrace coaching-style leadership. Furthermore, she has mentored and supervised numerous professional coaches, shaping the future of coaching. As a partner trainer at Coaching Development in the United Kingdom and with roles in institutions like the Management Institute of Finland and the Professional Effectiveness Management Institute in China, Leda’s influence in the field of coach education is far-reaching. Her company, L-CON Global, stands as a premier coaching and training firm, offering an extensive array of programs designed for coaches at all career stages.

Leda’s curiosity led her into the realm of research, focusing on human resource development and organizational coaching. Her studies delve into the critical factors that render various leadership approaches and coaching interactions effective and sustainable. In addition, she has explored the intricacies of multilingualism in personal development and the cultural facets shaping identity formation and progression.
