Training Methodology and Philosophy

Our training methodology revolves around learning by doing. Participants will be introduced to proven psychological theories and models relevant to team coaching, which will be followed by practical applications and experiential exercises. Learning will be treated as an emergent and dynamic process, where participants’ experiences will be valued as essential data for co-creating new understandings. Reflective journaling will be encouraged to facilitate deeper insights.

Experience and Certification

The Team Mastery program spans 6-7 months and consists of three 2-day training modules conducted bi-monthly. In between these modules, participants will engage in practical learning sessions, applying what they’ve learned to a designed practice process and to real-life coaching experiences. These sessions will be followed by reflective periods, where participants will consolidate their experiences in their journals, culminating in a reflective summary for certification.

Upon successful completion of the training (66 hours), participants will receive a certificate from our school. With that they will be eligible to apply for the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) by the international Coaching Federation.

Our program satisfies the following ICF credentialing requirements:

  • Participants will have completed 66 hours of team coaching education (ICF requires at least 60)
  • Participants will have completed 6 hours of supervision (ICF requires at least 5)
