Leading and managing in coaching style – 5-day training
This is a five-day coaching training for very busy organisations that want their leaders, managers and employees to gain a good cognitive and practical understanding of coaching. Although the training is quite short it is designed and delivered in a way that the participants dive deep into coaching practice and develop a robust foundational coaching mind set and skillset.
This programme is made up of three interlinked modules with useful assignments in-between. Although it requires some investment of time beyond the classroom, it is actually a time-efficient experience. Participants learn how to approach their daily work and interactions differently in order to gain more value, to be more productive, to develop on the job and to enjoy their work routine and challenges.
